Detachable Collar
$0.00
Legend has it that Hannah Montague of Troy, New York, in 1827, invented the detachable collar. She cut the filthy collar off her husband's shirt one day, in order to wash just it, rather than the full, otherwise clean, shirt. Soon it became a veritable status symbol of the upper-class men and boysl. We brought it back so one can have fun interchanging collars from a solid to a plaid or a stripe. It will come accompanied by two vintage studs for closure and for securing it in place.
